Decision of the first regular general Assembly of share holders of Selam Bus Line Sh.Co held on April 12, 2007 at Ghion Hotel, Addis Ababa.

- Ato Araya Assefa Fanta who was a veteran UN international staff with long time exprience on transport, Logistics & supply officer and Ato Mehammed Salih Kasahun who served as a general manager of semenawi public transport company for decades have been elected as members of board of director representing 19% of the total share value. In line with this, Tigray Development Association, owner of 81% of the value of the Company is to represent 3 Board Members very soon.

- The Head Quarter of the Company will be transferred step by step from Mekelle to Addis Ababa as the center of dispatch and maintenance of all our buses is located in Addis Ababa.

- The sales of share of 4,809 ordinary share of the company of par value 5,000 birr each plus subscription cost of 1% of the value of shares has been extended until the remaining share are completely sold.

- Memorandum and Article of association of the Company has to be updated as they are approved before 12 years. The new elected Board of directors has been assigned to review and submit them for final ratification to  the general assembly in the next meeting.
